DeltaTech Controls, a leading global supplier of operator interface control solutions for off-road vehicle OEM’s, has an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our North America Sales Team in the key role of Account Manager. Our business is clearly focused on the global leaders in the off road vehicle industry, and we are experiencing significant growth in this strategy. Core products include vehicle electronic control systems, electronic joysticks, multi-function grips, and electronic displays.
The Account Manager is responsible for direct interface with assigned key and target accounts. Overall role is to develop long term, strategic relationships with key accounts to achieve significant sales and profit growth to meet or exceed quotas. The key function will be to actively sell standard and custom products/solutions to key accounts, develop needs assessment and successfully initiate new product development programs to fulfill those needs with product for the assigned accounts.
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess a 4 yr technical degree, BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of technical product sales experience. Experience with new product development sales is preferred. Seeking an energetic individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, proven analytical and problem solving abilities, and proficiency with MS Office computer programs. Must have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, be detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Up to 50% travel may be required.
